Safety at any age!

Personal safety is important at any age. Whether you are 12 or 72, taking control of your personal safety is a significant gift to give yourself. The lovely woman in the background of this picture is 72! She was wonderful and spunky and participated in every technique that I taught. What a great example she was for the younger women in the class.
I have a new role model!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
